This is a personal stack writeup covering how a developer advocate built and maintains a monorepo holding two Astro sites plus a cross-posting pipeline that syncs posts to a developer writing platform. Not a product, not a tool — but useful as a reference if you are wiring up your own content publishing stack and want to see how someone else handles the Astro-plus-cross-posting problem at small scale. The cross-posting sync tool is the only piece with direct reuse potential. The rest is architecture tourism. Worth a skim if you are setting up a similar writing infrastructure; skip if you are not actively building a personal or company blog stack right now.
