From Prototype to Production: Finishing Moonsu Link, a Chat-Native Agricultural Marketplace for Cameroon

This is a project write-up, not a standalone tool — a developer account of finishing a chat-native agricultural marketplace targeting Cameroonian farmers and buyers. The interesting architectural choice is using chat as the primary interface layer, which makes sense in markets where SMS and messaging apps dominate and web UIs are not the default assumption. The RAG and AI-agent patterns get applied to a domain — agricultural commodity matching — that most benchmark datasets do not cover well, which gives the case study real value if you are designing for similar markets. The limitation is obvious: this is a narrative post, not a reusable repo or framework. The signal here is the design pattern, not the artifact. If you are building for emerging markets or low-bandwidth user populations, the UX decisions documented here are more useful than the code. -> Best for: indie hacker or solo founder building consumer products for emerging or low-connectivity markets
