The vertical focus is a deliberate choice — hospitality has specific workflows, tone requirements, and integration needs that general-purpose agents handle poorly. If you are building a hotel property management system or a restaurant tech stack, a pre-tuned agent layer that knows the domain could save months of prompt engineering. For anyone outside hospitality the tool has no obvious application. The key question that the launch does not clearly answer is which property management and POS systems it actually integrates with. Conduit without a PMS integration is a chat widget; with one it is something more useful.
