Agent.email – sign up via curl, claim with a human OTP

AgentMail built a signup and inbox system where the primary actor is an AI agent, not a person. The flow inverts the usual CAPTCHA-and-human-verification pattern: an agent can register via curl, and a human steps in once for an OTP to claim ownership. What this unlocks practically is agents that have persistent, real email identities — useful for outreach agents, notification pipelines, support bots, or any workflow where the agent needs to receive replies and act on them. The alternative — giving your agent access to a human's Gmail — is a security and compliance mess that scales badly. The product is early-stage and the thread is a launch post, so expect rough edges. The pricing and deliverability story is not fully laid out yet, which is the thing you care about most if you are running agents at volume.
